Speed & Agility Workout
Play Faster. Play Cleaner.

Have you ever tried to play something but you couldn’t play quick enough to get out your musical idea?

You knew what to play – but couldn’t get your fingers to produce what you wanted.

That’s a problem of technique – and the good news is that Technique Can Be Improved.

If you're like many guitarists, there have been times where you've had a great idea but just couldn't get it out through your fingers fast enough.  You knew what to play, but you didn't have enough finger agility to play it quick enough.

I created these Speed and Agility Workouts to help you solve this frustrating problem.  Over the course of these three workouts you will see your technique increase until you can play 16th notes at 120 beats per minute!

The goal of these workouts is to get you playing faster, cleaner and with better accuracy than you ever have before.

We often think that speed is all about the hand that fingers the notes – the fretting hand.  But actually it’s really the coordination between both your picking and fretting hands that’s the key to building up speed.

WHAT'S INSIDE...
        • Three 20 Minute Workouts to Increased Speed & Accuracy
        • Multiple Stretches to Gain Hand & Finger Flexibility
        • Specially Designed & Targeted Exercises for Maximum Improvement
        • Over 85 Minutes of HD Video Instruction (DOWNLOAD ONLY)

I'll show you several targeted technical exercises to stretch your muscles and develop the picking agility you need to not only play quicker but smoother as well.

Three separate workouts – each over 20 minutes in length – take you from beginner to advanced. Guided instruction breaks each step down.

What Could Faster Technique Do For Your Playing?

Speed and finger accuracy are vital fundamentals necessary for success - No Matter the Style of Music You Play.

These workouts were designed for both acoustic or electric guitar players.

As a professional guitarist, these are the best exercises and warmups that I've found for increasing your picking speed and finger accuracy.

I sincerely hope these series of workouts help you see the measurable improvement you're seeking.

Learn all you can!  - Steve
